USPTO Trademark Services Platform

The Challenge
Filing and managing trademarks with the USPTO traditionally involves navigating complex legal forms, strict deadlines, and multiple disconnected steps — registration, renewal, and revival each have their own requirements and windows. Businesses and individuals without legal expertise often struggle with filing errors, missed renewal deadlines (leading to trademark cancellation), and lack of visibility into application status, forcing them to rely on expensive attorneys or navigate the USPTO's TEAS system manually.
The Solution
Built a fully online platform that simplifies and centralizes trademark-related services, including: Trademark Registration — guided filing flow for new trademark applications, including trademark search/clearance, class selection, and specimen upload Renewal — automated reminders and streamlined filing for Section 8/9 renewals to keep active trademarks in good standing Revival — support for reviving abandoned applications within the USPTO's revival window Real-time application status tracking, document management, and (optionally) integration with USPTO's TSDR/TEAS systems for status sync Simplified, non-legal-jargon UI to guide users step-by-step through each service
The Outcome
Reduced dependency on manual legal consultation for routine filings, cut down errors from incorrect/incomplete submissions, and gave users a single dashboard to track and manage all their trademark matters (registration, renewal, revival) instead of juggling paperwork and deadlines manually — improving turnaround time and reducing risk of missed deadlines/trademark loss.
